With the Food Manager's Certification training, it was basically a turn key operation for me - once I decided what I had in mind, DCCC was able to construct the course I wanted with very little additional effort on my part. They did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the progress of where we were at as far as instructor availability, books, costs, etc. I could devote my energy to other priorities because I knew the class would more than meet my expectations.
