What is the DCCC Photo ID?
1. The Delaware County Community College “Photo ID Card” is the preferred means of identification to gain access to college services and resources.2. The DCCC Photo ID card also serves as your library card and is required for all library transactions, except for the return of library materials. Student and Adjunct Faculty cards must be validated each semester. Validation can be obtained at any of the locations listed below.

What do I need to obtain a Photo ID Card?
Students:1. Bring a print out of your registration schedule.
2. A picture ID is required to have an ID card produced.
(State ID, Driver’s License, Passport, etc)
Faculty and Staff:
1. If you are a new member of our faculty or staff, you should bring proof of your current DCCC employment status, signed by your department head or Human Resources.
2. A picture ID is required to have an ID card produced.

Community Borrower:
1. Proof of address

How much does a Photo ID card cost?
1. The first DCCC ID card is provided at no charge.2. A $5 replacement fee is charged.
3. Community library borrowers are charged a $3.00 fee per semester.
Terms of Use:
1. The uses of the DCCC Photo ID Card by anyone other than the person to whom it was issued is strictly prohibited.
2. The DCCC Photo ID Card should be carried at all times while on any Delaware County Community College campus and must be presented to college officials upon request.
3. The Photo ID card issued to you is the property of Delaware County Community College and may be revoked at the College’s sole discretion. Faculty and Staff must relinquish their Photo ID card upon separation from the College.
4. All Student and Adjunct Faculty cards must be validated every semester by receiving a new sticker.
5. Validation stickers are superseded by your status in the College’s financial management system. If you do not pay your bill and your card is validated, you may not be granted access to college resources.
