Library forms
The Library forms are now accessible via the Library Tab on the delaGATE portal. Please login to delaGATE to access these forms which include:
- Request Library Instruction Sessions on the Marple Campus
- Request Library Instruction Sessions at Off-Campus Sites
- Application for display and exhibition
- Faculty reserve material form
- Inter-library loan form
- Intra-campus material request form
- Request for Material Purchase
- Request to Hold Non-Print Materials
